MENOPAUSE IN THE WORKPLACE
Global Guidelines & Recommendations Menopause is now considered to be an important gender & age equality issue. Dealing with it should be part of maintaining an inclusive work environment. Recommendations are contained in a global report released by the European Menopause & Andropause Society.
